The Dart Music Festival, originally conceived by Di and Rob Lyon after they'd visited a magnificent Festival in Kinsale.
That we have a Dart Music Festival at all is due to the inspiration of Rob and Di Lyon. A visit to the Kinsale Jazz festival convinced them that Dartmouth should host something similar. Building on their experience of hosting Jazz and Blues sessions in their Dartmouth Pub (the Seale Arms) they discussed the concept with other like-minded Dartmouth luminaries. The success of the first festival created one of Dartmouth's regular major events - some might say second only to it's phenomenal Royal Regatta.
