Meet our Guest Bloggers – ‘The Organisation’

We thought it would be a great idea to invite some of our performers to be Guest Bloggers so we can all get to know them a bit. Here is our first G.B. – Taraneh Meen from ‘The Organisation’.
We are really looking forward to welcoming them to the DMF and seeing them play – aren’t you..? Here’s what Taraneh has to say:

The Organisation has been playing the Dartmouth Music Festival for some years now.  The band now has a real Hammond organ to show off, and we lovingly carry it everywhere measuring doorways ahead of time!  The only band of its kind in the southwest, The Organisation plays a mixture of 60s and 70s pop songs and soul.  Paul Harris on Hammond organ, George Comer on sax, Clive Hooper on guitar, Dennis Harris on drums, Mark Flack on bass and Taraneh Meen on lead vocals.  There’s no-one else doing what we’re doing.

Come down to Al Fresco’s and get a front row seat and some excellent food.  Thanks and see you in May!
