We’re celebrating our 20th Anniversary next year, and we want to make it really exceptional – an event to remember. We’re all planning like mad and working our socks off – as always – to raise enough money to make it happen and are very excited to announce details of the first of our Big 20th Fundraisers planned for next year:

MOTOWN PARTY NIGHT on 14th January 2017

What’s Going On? We’ve Heard it Through the Grapevine that there’ll be Dancing in the Street – well, the Guildhall, actually – so Get Ready for the perfect antidote to post-Christmas January-itis…

discoOur Big 20th Fundraiser MOTOWN PARTY NIGHT on January 14th is going to be quite a Happening – you may not be Dancing on the Ceiling but the Dart Music Festival Team will be around to Help You Make It Through The Night and have a really good time – so you’ve just Got To Be There…!

hot-dogThe fun starts at 7.30 with a great mix of music from the 60s and 70s to boogie to all evening, a good bar, and American- themed hot food provided by James and Gemma Harris: popcorn, hotdogs – oh and of course as the World Is Just A Great Big Onion there will be plenty of those to go with them, freshly cooked by and courtesy of Serin Aubrey and Simon Entwhistle of Dartmouth Fine Foods.

Dress up if you want to, dress down if you want to – please yourself!

We just want you to relax, let your hair down and enjoy yourself while you help us to raise precious Festival Funds.

Yes, we know it’s The Same Old Song but the DMF Team are determined to raise enough money so that the 2017 Music Festival – our Big 20th Anniversary – is Signed, Sealed and sure to Deliver the same eclectic mix of wonderful music as it has done since it started in 1998 – and more.

There Ain’t No Mountain High Enough that will stop us from making our 20th the best year ever – and How Sweet It Is that we have so many generous people like you to support us. You’re All We Need To Get By – and we hope you’ll have a great time at our party knowing that you are helping to make it all happen!

piggy-bankTalking of Money – the tickets are just £15 each to include your American meal, and as well as all your old dancing favourites there’s a raffle at just £1 per ticket for some music based prizes.

It Takes Two minutes to buy your tickets from No.11 Victoria Road but spaces are limited so be sure you don’t miss out – we don’t want to see The Tracks of Your Tears…

I’ll Be There – will you?

N.B. The tickets will be on sale very shortly – please check our website for full details:
