The sign of a good festival:

"I think the sign of a good festival is one in which small children are dancing joyfully at the very front of the stage while dogs are politely sitting up and listening to the music next to their owners. If you haven't played at the Dart Music Festival I can certainly recommend it. It is now our favourite festival. Lovely, lovely location (it didn't even feel like we were in England) Clusters of boats a street away from the stage, teenagers holding hands under palm trees, children with painted faces eating ice cream next to a water fountain; it was so surreal but very very nice. The music was certainly eclectic from folk to jazz to rock to classical. We felt right at home. It's a festival for everything and everyone"
