EASTERTOWN – ROCK
Eastertown only plays original material and this belief in its music has taken the band far, but not far enough, as it has always just missed out on the elusive record contract.
When the group recorded its first album, The Seed, it was named as band of the year in the world-wide distributed magazine Guitarist.
Following this, Steve Wright the Radio 1 DJ picked Rise to play on his breakfast slot the following week, which brought the band to a truly national audience. The group only plays one or two gigs a year now, each one played with full commitment and emotion.
The band is fronted by Mark Ely, who is the song-writer and singer and guitarist; Gavin Cox has superbly played guitar and sung harmonies for the band’s entire duration; the rhythm section consists of bass player Paul Newton and drummer Gary James Widlake, again long-standing original members going back into the eons of time.

ROSCO LEVEE – ROCK BLUES
Guitar drenched, Hammond infused, with hints of the best of 70’s British & American Rocking Blues in a Woodstock meets The Raconteurs kind of way, Rosco Levee & The Southern Slide boil over with flavours of London and the Mississippi.
Rosco draws comparisons with Clapton and Kossoff and has a stage presence reminiscent of Steve Marriott, yet the band have a style, sound and soul all of their own.
Their debut record “Final Approach to Home” was released to massive critical acclaim in 2012, with the song “Goldrush” nominated for best original song in the British Blues Awards 2013.
With only one way to get their unique sound, they recorded their much anticipated second record “Get It While You Can” on reel to reel in an all analogue old school studio in deepest Kent for release in January this year.
Tipped by Classic Rock Magazine as one of the hottest bands to watch in 2014, this band is peerless in their genre and have a string of Festival and shows in the UK and Europe.

TANKUS THE HENGE -CARNIVAL ROCK
They’re back! They wowed us last year and are all set to do it again…
With music uplifting and wild, dark and heartfelt, this six piece powerhouse of a band draw visual and musical influences from old time Fairgrounds to modern day Circus; The Beatles to Tom Waits and Gogol Bordello to Radiohead.
They embody a look and a sound that lies somewhere between their South East London home and the carnival town of New Orleans.
With their charismatic frontman, Jaz Delorean, looking like a lost character from a Terry Gilliam film and the pump and grind of the Tankus the Henge sound generating a groove that makes it impossible to stand still, their live show ebbs and flows like a small boat on a turbulent sea.
Any other band who billed themselves as “the most fantastic band in the world” would rightly quake in their boots at having to live up to such fanfare. Tankus the Henge defy you to contradict them!

NEW PROJECT – ROCK
Formed in 2014, Newton Abbot band New Project – Zach Cornish, Ben Cornish and Dan Ashton – are a three piece rock band playing a mixture of covers and their own music.
Although the members of the band have been together for a short period of time they work together superbly and are already veterans of numerous live gigs.
In February 2015 they were selected from hundreds of bands across the country to take part in the finals of the “Rock the House” under 19s competition.
After a fantastic night playing in front of a live audience at the Bedford in Balham, they were chosen as the 2015 under 19s winners!
Their new EP, Causing Trouble, is now available – many thanks to Kris Barras who has done a fantastic job recording and mastering the CD.
